What We Do
GET INFORMATION - We gather information from you about your vision for the website, how many pages you would like, and your planned budget for the site. We want to know who your audience will be and how you will measure the success of your site. We also need to know how much you want to be involved and when you expect your site to be launched. All this information can be gathered in person or by email.
GRAPHICS AND PHOTOS - We will use your photographs and graphics. We also develop custom graphics and locate needed photographs that may be used with permission of the owner.
STARTING THE SITE - After your information is received then an Agreement describing what you will provide and what we will build is sent to you. When you sign and return the agreement, thetext, graphics and photos you want to use, and the initial nonrefundable depost then work will begin on your site.
COST - The total cost of the site depends on what you want. Small sites can cost as little as $300 with larger sites' costs increasing with complexity. One third, which is the nonrefundable deposit, is due before the site is started. The second third is due when the basic page, including header and navigation, is approved by you. The remainder is due when the site is launched.
LAUNCHING YOUR SITE - We will assist you in finding a server and hosting level that fit your needs. We'll move your site to the server if you wish.
IF YOU WANT US TO MAINTAIN YOUR SITE - We offer maintenance on your site for a reasonable yearly fee.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SITE AND NEED MAINTENANCE - We will be glad to look at your existing website to see if we will be able to offer maintenance. The cost of a maintenance agreement will be determined by what you want done. Please send your domain name plus contact information using the Contact Us form, or email directly.
